Yes. The yard is fully fenced and gated with keypad-entry access, bright lighting at night, and 24/7 security cameras. Only customers with an active code can enter, so your vehicle stays protected.

Anytime you need to. We provide 24/7 access to your vehicle—early morning, late night, weekends. Once you rent a spot you’ll receive a gate code and can visit whenever it’s convenient.

Reserve online through our website. We’ll collect a few details about you and your vehicle to assign the right spot. Sign the simple agreement and you’re ready to move in. Need help? Email us—we’re here to help.

Rates are based on spot length. Rentals are month-to-month and payable by credit card. Prefer a deal? Pre-pay 11 months and get the 12^th month free.

No long-term commitment is required. Standard rentals are month-to-month. The annual pre-paid plan is optional (non-refundable) but comes with the free month.

Yes—just give us 30 days’ notice before your intended move-out date. No penalties; simply pay any rent due during that period. Annual pre-paid plans run the full 12 months since the last month is already free.

Yes. Please keep your own vehicle insurance active; we secure the facility while you insure the vehicle itself. We also recommend removing valuables.

Definitely. Our lot is open year-round and many customers use us for winter storage. We plow main lanes so you can still access your spot. Winterize as needed (blow out RV lines, add antifreeze) and consider a weatherproof cover. Security measures remain active all winter.

Our main discount is the 11 months paid, 1 month free plan.

Yes. Your spot is yours to use for any vehicle that fits—just let us know the new details. No extra charge if it’s the same size category.

• Disconnect the battery or use a trickle charger for long-term storage.
• Inflate tires to proper PSI.
• Winterize systems (boats/RVs) if freezing weather is expected.
• Use a weather-resistant cover or tarp for added protection.

Basic check-ups are fine—start the engine, top up fluids, trip prep. Major repairs or messy work (oil changes, engine overhauls) aren’t permitted on-site for safety and cleanliness.

Yes. Each tenant must carry:

• Commercial General Liability (CGL)
• Contents coverage for tools, inventory and equipment
• Any specialty policy your line of work requires (e.g., product liability)

For everyone’s safety we cannot allow:

• Hazardous, corrosive or polluting chemicals
• Activities likely to damage walls, floors or neighbouring units
• Excessive noise after 10 p.m.
• Open flames, spray-painting or automotive bodywork
• Anything that raises fire risk or violates zoning/environmental standards

Tip: Use free-standing racks and rolling tool chests instead of drilling into walls.
